If the item is no longer available, and you would like an exchange, then we will work together to choose a similar product of equal or lesser value. Consumers are responsible for the cost of shipping items covered under this warranty.
Tonic Living is not responsible for the standard wear-and-tear of our products including pilling, fading, tearing, stains or shrinkage as a result of negligence, soiling, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal use, accidents, pets or commercial use.
Tonic Living is not responsible for dry cleaning errors. Dry cleaning can result in shrinkage of cotton fabric, of which Tonic Living is not responsible for.
Our performance fabrics are easier to clean, but they are not resistant to all damage. When considering a high performance fabric, the double rubs should be taken into consideration. Variations in fabric colours are not covered under this warranty.
In order for the product to be eligible for terms under this warranty, proper care instructions must be followed and the purchase receipt must be presented.
