To receive timely information about product launches, sneak peeks and exclusive information about our brand please subscribe to our monthly Trade newsletter. Sign up is optional and you may opt-out at any time.

On occasion we will also send out emails to all Trade Program members with important information about your membership details and benefits. Receiving these types of emails is a necessary means of communication and is required to maintain your membership.

Once you have been approved and registered for our program, you may order swatches on our website free of charge. To order your complimentary swatches:

• Log into your account.
• In the products of your choice, select Buy a Swatch to add this item to your cart
• When you have completed your selection, head to checkout. Your designer discount will appear at checkout

Our fabrics are in-stock and ready to ship unless indicated on our website. Our stock levels are continuously changing and we will contact you with any unexpected shortages.

If you are working on a project that requires a large amount of fabric, we encourage you to reach out to us in advance with your project needs.

Orders for all in-stock items will be ready to ship within 2-4 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during promotional periods.

If you have additional members in your team that will be placing orders , include their name(s) and email address(es) in the Message portion of the application.
