Velvet fabric orders are shipped on a roll, and a $20 shipping charge will apply. This includes orders in postal codes eligible for free delivery. There are no shipping charges on In-Store pick up.

Free Delivery
Eligible for orders over $150.00 for customers located at an address with an L or M postal code. Once received, we ship within 2-3 business days. Shipment times vary between 3-8 business days.

Returns

Returns are made easy with our provided shipping label.  Email info@tonicliving.com with your order number and the name of the items you want to return and we will assist you. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, if you are located within the GTA you can return your items in person at our retail shop located at 36 Northline Rd Unit 6, Toronto, Ontario Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
