This creamy sheer drapery fabric has a stunning slubby texture with a matte finish. While it has a slightly loose, open weave, it has a structured quality that provides sturdiness to the way it hangs. It is ideal for drapery and roman blinds, offering a light filtering and a semi-private effect. Palermo can be used alone as beautiful sheers or it can also be lined to enhance the light-blockage and privacy.
Please Note: Palermo is a 'double width' fabric, which allows for the fabrication of wide drapery panels without the need for connecting seams. It comes with a unique weighted edge, which runs along one of the selvage edges. Unlike most drapery fabric, the weighted selvage edge is intended to be the bottom hem on drapes as it enhances how the material hangs and ripples. Because of this feature, the 126" width of the fabric is recommended to be used for the height/length of finished drapes, ceiling height permitted. The yards ordered will be the width of your drapery, allowing for wide, seamless panels. (See illustration)

We ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada. You will be contacted via email if there are any unexpected stock shortages. When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent. Swatch orders are sent by lettermail without a tracking number.
If you order 10 yards or more of fabric, it will be shipped on a roll, otherwise it will be shipped folded. If you would prefer it on a roll, please leave instructions when making your order. An additional charge will apply when making this request to cover additional shipping costs. We will contact you with a quote.
In-stock items will be ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Please expect longer lead times during sales and promotional periods.
